From the idea to production
Together with the customer, we analyse the use and application of the components to be manufactured. In this way, valuable time can be saved in development through consistent simultaneous engineering.
We offer perfect customer and product-specific problem solutions. If required, this also includes the preparation of drawings.
We use the most modern methods for product and process development. We test products at an early stage using finite element calculations and rapid prototyping.
We generate our CNC programmes from our CAD drawings and transfer them directly to the production machine via a CAM interface.
Regardless of whether it's one-off or series production, we have the ideal individual solution for every customer thanks to our more than 60 years of experience in machining.
