Equipped with the latest testing and measurement stations, we strive daily to exceed customer expectations. Our strict quality controls and assurance measures throughout the production process guarantee precision, dimensional accuracy, and consistent high product quality.
Quality
Quality for us means more than compliance with DIN standards. Highly qualified staff, preventive quality assurance across all manufacturing stages, and high-grade materials and analysis tools form the basis of HutzelTechnics' quality philosophy.
We are certified according to IATF 16949 and apply methods such as FMEA, SPC, EMPB/PPAP, MSA, MFU. Our climate-controlled metrology lab features advanced form, position, and 3D measurement technologies.
Zero-Defect Strategy / 100% Inspection
Especially in large series production, zero-defect strategy is an essential part of our concept. With in-process inspections, process capability studies, and final 100% inspections, we ensure flawless results – using both automated and manual systems.
Residual Contamination Requirements
As quality standards rise, so do expectations for product cleanliness – particularly regarding the allowable levels of metallic and non-metallic particles or fibers on components. Our in-house residual contamination analysis system from Gläser enables us to monitor these factors in accordance with VDA 19.1 and react early if deviations occur, ensuring reliable compliance with customer specifications.
Component Cleaning
We use both hydrocarbon-based and water-based cleaning systems in the processing of our precision parts. Corrosion protection is applied via a thin protective film, which allows even sensitive components to be safeguarded directly within the system. The cleaning media we use achieve surface tension values of over 40 mN/m with ease. Cleaning is possible for bulk goods as well as through gentle handling in customized racks and trays.

Packaging Technology
Component packaging is carried out according to product requirements, using either disposable or reusable solutions. Depending on the application, we offer placed or bulk packaging formats. Internally, we rely on our own reusable small load carriers and blister packs – significantly reducing waste.
Verpackung
Zur Verpackung unserer Bauteile können kundenspezifische Lösungen aus Einweg- Mehrwegverpackungen in Setz- oder Schüttware zum Einsatz kommen.
Interne Verpackungen werden durch eigene wiederverwendbare Kleinladungsträger und Blister realisiert.
Somit leisten wir einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Abfallvermeidung.
