Precision Components

HutzelTechnics Precision manufactures fully machined, highly complex precision parts at two locations for all forward-looking industries. From process development to in-house production – everything comes from a single source. This means streamlined services and predictable costs for our customers. Whether small batches or large-scale production, we are equipped to meet customer requirements with precision and efficiency.

We produce ready-to-assemble precision parts from prototypes to series production using all machinable materials, including steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, titanium, and plastics. Our wide range of in-house processing methods includes grinding, lapping, honing, deep hole drilling, assembly, sandblasting, and superfinishing – ensuring a high degree of flexibility and production depth.

Automotive Industry

Applications for precision parts in automotive technology are found in combustion engine construction, sensor systems, body components, and plastic parts. Increasingly, we also serve areas of electromobility and hybrid technology. We support our customers in the design, production-oriented development, and ramp-up of their rotationally symmetrical components. Together with our partners, we realize heat treatments and surface finishes such as zinc/nickel and anodizing. Our parts are made from materials including brass, stainless steel, and engineering plastics. Our quality management system, certified according to IATF 16949 and continuously updated, lays the foundation for reliable production in both small and large series.

Hydraulic Industry

Hydraulic systems place high demands on materials and precision. Our core competencies include machining hard-to-cut stainless steels, producing tight sealing edges, burr-free threads, and damage-free surfaces – all with high repeatability. We rely on custom-configured lathes, dedicated handling systems, and tailored logistics for high-volume production.

Hydrogen Technology

Hydrogen-based systems are increasingly shaping the future – not only in the automotive industry but also in the energy sector. This field demands new approaches to precision component manufacturing. We machine stainless steels such as 1.4435 and 1.4034 and meet enhanced cleanliness and leak-tightness requirements. With our in-depth experience, we support customers from development to production of their hydrogen applications.

Medical Technology

Based on our DIN EN ISO 13485 certification, we manufacture highly precise components for a wide range of medical technology applications. We process premium-grade titanium and medical-standard stainless steels in various diameters. Our portfolio includes parts for ear implants, pacemakers, orthopedic components, and dental surgery instruments. The safety and well-being of patients is our highest priority.

Mechanical Engineering

Just as diverse as mechanical engineering itself are the materials and processing requirements. From customized standard parts to components with highly complex geometries, we provide flexible solutions using a wide range of materials. We approach every technical requirement with an open mind and support our customers with innovative ideas for their precision part projects.

Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineering components often appear as plastic-encapsulated inserts, mainly used in the automotive and sensor industries. A major focus lies on anti-twist protection through a variety of knurling techniques for sockets and sleeves. Key requirements include flash-free, burr-free edges and low surface tension – all of which we consistently fulfill.
